PIP what other evidence will I need?

Hello everyone, I’m slightly anxious and new here … looking for support and information, I have a fractured spine and osteoarthritis with ongoing issues , trying to remain as positive as I can !

    Thank you ! I’m looking for help with benefits and people who have had similar experiences. Because of my fractures and bone issues my mobility has become limited and painful, I’m due to go for an MRI scan and then a Dexa scan so there’s a lot going on ! I’ve applied for PIP and had a text to say I may be called for an assessment which I’m worried about , I’ve heard horror stories! My GP has signed me off work for good so I’m wondering what other evidence I’ll need . My consultant unfortunately is not the most approachable person so that’s a worry aswell . I guess I sit and wait and hope for the best ? thank you .
