Awaiting assessment
Hello everyone, I’ve applied for PIP and have had a text saying that they will contact me if they decide I need an assessment by fone or face to face … I have a fractured spine and osteoarthritis so my mobility is limited. I did send my fit note , my GP had declared me unfit for work so am wondering what other evidence I will need to submit? any help please… I’m new here and posted this before but think I posted on the wrong discussion! don’t know what I’m doing yet !

Hi @Toppy64 ☺️ welcome to the community, I hope you'll find everyone friendly and helpful!
For evidence, you can send in anything you feel might support your case. For example, doctors reports or letters, scan reports, notes from physios, or anything else from your medical history that you feel might help add evidence to anything you've written about on your forms.
How did you find filling in the forms?
Hopefully you're not waiting too long to hear back

thank you for the advice , I thought the forms were really stressful, I nearly gave up to be honest… I kept putting them down and going back to them but they are a bit of a nightmare… I thought so anyway!
