Hello @Mijuka. I hope you're feeling a little better today?
A 3 hour assessment sounds exhausting! Your claim shouldn't be dismissed just because you were unable to continue due to pain or fatigue. It’s quite common for assessments to be stopped and rearranged if someone becomes too unwell to carry on.
Typically an assessor will either choose to continue it another day, or complete the report using the evidence they already have (your form, medical evidence, and what was discussed).
If they need more information, they will contact you. Otherwise, they will send their report to DWP, and DWP makes the decision.

thanx for support. yes they scheduled another 6 march.. but i mean to keep talking for 3 hours,.. job interviews do not last that long. for the last 2 hours i was constantlky complainig of back pain, fatigue and begged for breaks.. but 15 min break does not help w back pain. i was truly schocked that it could go on for 3 hours and we have not finished.

It's good that you asked to complete it another day @Mijuka. 3 hours is such a long time for anyone to be talking so well done for speaking up and advocating for yourself. How are you feeling about the next appointment?

does sound weird my PIP interview. Last time after 3 hrs lasting interview I was told that there are 3 more activities to discuss left. However, today, assessor said, that interview starts from scratch. I reminder asssessor tht i am not able tyo stand 3 hours long interview. I know they need to ask what i need. i might be slow to explain. but after an hours, i need an hours break, then i will be able to continue. Assessor said, she will ned to ask MAnager, i waited for 50 minutes. then probably disconnected. afterwards all my efforts to reach MAximus on phone were fruitless. Another things: my interview of today scheduled at 9 . actually started at 13 hrs. I had been by phones since 8.30 th is morning. Interview lasted 30 min. not really interviwe, but bla bla reguired by law at the start.
now i understand why people claiming PIP resort to assistance of professional people . I got an impression that i am subjected to this on purpose. as i complained to DWP boss.
