how do I find out when date was to work it out?

Just got lcwra after years of waiting, got to be 2!,anyway ages past fit notes,was just 3 monthly phone calls,is there limt on a backdated claim,how do I find out when date was to work it out?so confused

    Did the DWP send you review forms out of the blue, or did you report a change in health which triggered the WCA?
