What can’t you live without?

I'm going to put a little caveat on this that you're not allowed to say your mobile phone, otherwise I think that would be most people's answer!

For me, I'd say my car. It allows me to get out of the house and helps my anxiety as I'm in control whilst driving. I struggle to use public transport and taxis so it's invaluable to me.

What about you?

My powerchair, as old as it is, I would be totally stuffed without it. Mobile phone, I could live without.

    My garden.

Well, of course I could live without it if I had to - but the life without it would not feel worth living….

My car, for the same reasons as you Rachel_Scope. I would become housebound without it and that would really negatively affect my mental health, I lived like that for several years many years ago and it felt like I was in prison.

I would have to say a car as well. I certainly haven't had any sort of life since losing the ability to drive half a decade ago.

Dogs..without them I'd rather not be here. My lifelong love for them has seen me through so much.🐾🐾

    My lovely supportive family too.
