Hello all,

I previously used to get enhanced daily living and standard mobility, but after my mental health taking a turn, I decided to do a change of circumstances.. low and behold, my PIP was taken away from me. I went though MR and still no change, so now I’m going to tribunal.
I got this message today :

‘DWP will call you about your Personal Independence Payment Claim. The call will be from a withheld number and could be at the weekend or in the evening. If you don't hear from us you don't need to contact us.’

But I have no clue what they want from me. Has anyone else had this? If so what was the outcome? What did they ask?

    They stopped my award because they said I had got better. But I have Multiple Sclerosis, which will never get better and along with that I have mixed anxiety and depressive disorder… but I’ve got better? lol

    @msmummy

    Hi this happened to me once and they rang me before the tribunal date and offered to reinstate my award.

    I can only assume the tribunal panel looked at all the evidence and told them they would lose the case dwp

    I got an email today that they have submitted their evidence to court.. so I rang them.. they said that they will still call me and that my award is under review… the anxiety is crazy rn.. like when they know people have mental health why put them through more?
