    Hello I am a disabled female with cerebral palsy ineed help to decorate my 1 bedroom flat i cannot do it i can buy wallpaper etc but need volunteers to do the job it'd not a new home it was last decorated 16 years ago the person that helped me has had a stroke can anyone help thank you Deborah john

    I live in council home but they don't pay for decorating inside my home

    Are you able to save up and pay someone to do it?

    Otherwise, some form of grant might be available
