tried to get third party consent up for my link worker to speak on my behalf over the phone for NS ESA. They wanted her NI number and personal contact details which is wrong. My link worker is it a not an appointee since I can manage my own bank account. appointee do need to their NI number it if you are 3rd party consent you don’t
