Any grants or help with moving house?

I’m looking for advice please, can anyone recommend a voluntary sector group in the Birmingham Bromsgrove area who can help a single, older, wheelchair user with the physicality of moving house?
Or any grants to help pay movers?

Or there is either Household Support Fund, Discretionary Housing Payment possible
