They take so lomg to. Be looked at….i think I am not at over a year since I sen in my documents for review so obviously they have backlog
But if they call on the hoof and ask questions, I don’t think thsts fair as I won’t have my paperwork to hand…csn I ask them to call back in those circumstances?

You can ask them to call back. If they ring unexpectedly, it’s unlikely to be a full assessment; it’s more likely a decision maker trying to clarify a few minor details to complete a paper-based assessment.
They are required to give you notice of any formal assessment.
