is there something particular you want to learn to do on the internet?

Often libraries have people called digital champions who can help teach you in person about how to use your devices and go online.

I don’t know anything about internet cafes, I’ve never been to one. However the libraries let you use the internet for free and lots of cafes have free internet access, if you buy a drink or food then they give you the wi-fi code.

Without having to spend any money then the library is the best place to go.

Libraries may also have somebody to help you use the internet too @JOHNRR. I know our local library has one so hopefully yours will too, have you been to your library before?

Maybe do a google search may help with your question.

You could look into whether there are any free adult computer/internet courses in your area.

There's not many if any internet cafes around now. Library is the best bet, but not for sensitive stuff.
