Pip Tribunal Win

On the tribunal letter it says entitled to enhanced rate for both on 30/08/2024 to 06/08/2028. It goes on further to say probabilities.Grounds existed on 2 September 2025 to supersede the decision made on 16 January 2023 as the Respondent had received a fresh assessment from a healthcare professional. However, the Tribunal found that the Appellant was entitled to the above mentioned award.

I just wanted to know if this will be backdated to the 30th August or in January 2023.
