Confirming claim
Hello, its been a while since I've posted but I'm just in need of some assurance as I have a tendency to overthink things and panic, as I think is probably the case here.
Long story short, I have agoraphobia and anxiety, which is something I've suffered with for most of my life. I'm in the LCWRA group for universal credit, so I haven't had any contact with them for a while.
Today a message appeared in my journal which said 'confirm your claim' - bank details, address etc. I know this is normal. But at the section where it asked who lives with me, it said 'no one lives with you'. Which is wrong, as I told the job centre when I first started claiming that I live with my parents. So I went to change this to include my family but instead it was asking about children (I have no children). So I cancelled the change and then it asked why I cancelled it - I explained.
I'm confused. They have always known that I live with my parents. Did it just mean, they know I don't have any children or anyone dependant on me? If so, that hasn't changed.
Like I said, I tend to panic about things. Have I did this right? Did I not understand the question? Or is it a mistake on their end? I also put a note on my journal so I'm just hoping someone replies soon.

Hi,
It can be confusing, but it does just mean your own children or a partner, not your parents.

Thank you so much. I've been worried in case I did the wrong thing.

Sorry to be a pest but I haven't had any response on my journal. Am I likely to hear back from them about this? Or will they understand my explanation (for cancelling the change of circumstances) and just not reply back?
I know it's stupid, I just get quite worked up over this sort of stuff. Not just with contact with the job centre, but anyone really. Doctors etc.

I've been reading through some other posts and other people who have made mistakes on their submission has prompted a review for them. Will this happen to me?
To be clear, my circumstances haven't changed at all, I just misunderstood the question and thought the 'living with anyone' question included parents. I cancelled it as soon as I realised and explained myself, but I'm terrified they're going to contact me now.
I have severe anxiety and my last review was a nightmare for me. It worked out in the end, I just worry myself sick over having to speak to someone.

Hi,
Some people have to wait weeks for a response to journal questions, I wouldn't expect one within the same day. I'm still waiting for a response to questions from 18 months ago…
You didn't actually make any changes to your claim. By cancelling it rather than submitting it, that should not trigger any sort of review.
