i got this today how am i meant to survive losing this much more money? can i appeal it

Hi @Becsanne sorry this has happened to you. Chiarieds has added some useful links there so I hope you're able to take a look at those. It may also be worth speaking with a benefits adviser to see if you can get some support. They should be able to take a look at your case with you and see whether there is anything you can do. i got sanctioned when waiting for assessment but was my doing as i didnt work search so if you didnt its your own fault really harsh but fair
