I'm not paying Council Tax because i'm receiving Universal Credit, I've won my pip appeal which would take me over the £16k, for council support, would the council disregarded the overpayment

Hi @jwalsh, congratulations on winning your appeal! Unfortunately it's difficult to say how this might affect your council tax reduction. The rules can vary from council to council so it may be worth either getting in touch with the council directly to ask, or speaking to a local welfare adviser to see if they can help clarify things for you.
