Pens for arthritis hands

I'm looking for pens for my bible study, I have arthritis in my hands. I brought really chunky pens from amazon but they are awkward to hold and not good for neat handwriting. Would like ones that don't bleed through the page.

    I use those with the rubber grips on the ends
