Hp pip assessment report
my case manager sent me my report and the descriptors given would be 18 daily living and 22 mobility. I thought the assessment was terrible the wording of the report seems good as I was consistent and it was a change of circumstances I think I'm in shock but for years I've let a welfare benefit advisor fill it in and they as I see now lost me points using bad wording when they did it this time a nurse looked at it and said thats awful so she filled another one and actually asked real questions about my life, so dont always think they do it better the woman who did it made me ill ,and I honestly I wish I could work its been the worst 6mths of stress, I expect the case manager will disagree to good to be true when I most need it as having to pay out for help.. any one had this happen?

Hello @scared56, it is unusual for the decision maker to go against the assessment report, but it can happen. It's rare, so please try not to worry.
I hope you hear soon.
