Even so advice is appreciated. I’m starting to wonder if it’s mild pneumonia, due to the pain in my chest area and that I’m not bouncing back like I would have even last year.

Hi @Katie21, I'm sorry you're not feeling well and not recovering as quickly as you might normally.

I would recommend ringing 111 for advice today, especially with chest pain. Even if you do not need to be seen today, they'll let your GP know and you may be seen/assessed tomorrow. You may need antibiotics whether it's bronchitis or pnuemonia.

Take care and very best wishes to you.

Hello @Katie21, chest infections can really take it out of you.

With the chest pain you mentioned, it’s probably sensible to get medical advice just to rule out other issues or see if you need further treatment. As @Santosha12 mentioned, it might be a good idea to contact 111 or your GP just to be safe.

Sometimes bronchitis can take a while to clear, but it’s always better to get checked if something doesn’t feel right or if you're not recovering as you'd expect.
