Electric company

Hi all in January my electricity company gave me the wrong meter reading on there online advisor when i sent a picture of my meter which was a lot higher then it should of been, so since then I have tried to give the correct meter reading I have sent pictures of my meter at least 6 more times though January February and March, andnnumours phone calls, they have doubled my payment and are refusing to update my account with correct reading and they have blocked my online account so I can't do it, this is courseing me financial hardship and affecting my mental health which am under the doctor for since my daughter passed away I have tried to explain all this any advice would be appreciated thank you.
