Road Tax exemption?

My wife is a full time wheelchair user. We have a wheelchair access vehicle. The DVLA website says you can get Road Tax exemption if your are eligible for Disabled Living Allowance (DLA) but when you take their link to DLA, it says you cannot claim DLA if you are over 65 (which my wife is) but you can claim Attendance Allowance (which my wife gets). Does anyone know if Attendance Allowance would qualify for Road Tax exemption?

Unfortunately Attendance Allowance does not qualify for Road Tax exemption or a reduced rate.
