Hi @Jackson1, when it comes to your assessment, UC will consider all the evidence available to them. So even if your GP hasn't written much on your form, this won't be the only thing they look at while making their decision. Did the GP write anything about your conditions at all or was it mostly left blank?

No he just nill about work and nill about physically actives and I can travel and he put a phone appointment that i had a few days ago with a doctor that I asked for some sleeping tablets because im not coping with akg job club and nhs buddies and social prescribing are better for them because they can prescrib them if needed and help you im unsure

He said about the nhs social prescribing and nhs buddies as this be the way to get help she needs to mitigate the loops she is having to go through. But im unsure if the uc50 assessor will contact akg

Hi @Jackson1 really sorry to read about your GP's comments on your UC113. It isn't solely based on their comments so if you have this letter that states you cannot travel independently, I'd definitely suggest submitting that and any other evidence you have to support your claim.

It might also be worth asking for your medical history from your GP if there's details that will help support you.

Hi @Jackson1 I'd try and gather as much evidence as you can to support your claim. If you've got the letters etc then this will help support you. It's not just based on what your GP has said.

There are benefits advisors that can offer help with submitting such as Citizens Advice.
