Hi, just wondering if any of you wonderful could give me some advice please.

I had the dreaded text yesterday stating that my review was starting. On my previous review I was given 0 points on certain daily tasks. Can I chose not fill those sections in because for the last 2 reviews I have filled them in but not scored any points. I would rather concentrate on the tasks that i score points. Also can I just write on a separate piece of paper for each question attach it to the said question and not fill in the form. I can never seem to write stuff down right for the question they ask I seem to do better in my own words, if that makes sense. Tyia

    Hello @snuggles65

You can fill in or leave blank any parts of the form you wish. Sometimes even if you're not awarded points in a section it can help to fill it in as it can support what you've said in another area of the form.

Yes you can write your answers on separate sheets of paper and send them along with your form, many people do this and explain on the form that the answers can be found on the additional sheets. If you do this, make sure each additional page clearly includes at least your name and National Insurance number.

    I completely feel you @snuggles65 it's such a stressful process isn't it :(

When I had my review, I was eligible for assistance from the charity Aspire as I have a spinal cord injury. They supported me with the form and filled it out on a word document, so I was able to make adjustments. For me, this really took some pressure off as I could just edit it and not worry about having to get it right first time around with pen to paper. Then I just printed it off to send to them.
