    Dreading my pip assesement i have sent evidence into capita and the dwp.... Asked for a home visit but no they still want a face to face i car,nt cope with going to strange places everyone looking at me

    My mum originally got a f2f appointment I rang atos explained she's no good with strangers and they approved a home visit straight away but they did look at the evidence first whilst I was on the phone . Keep on asking !

    Hmm maybe Capita is a lot stricter than Atos ..good luck on your assessment .

    normally you will need a specific letter from your GP detailing why you cannot attend an assessment centre. Some people are granted HA on their evidence but is the exception rather than the norm

    Oh yes sorry they have contacted my mum's doctor also .
