Hi, my name is Gaye_62! Waiting for WCA news, is there anything I can do?

WCA I have waited almost a year for any news at all. I was advised to ring Serco who deal with the forms .I have spoken to many different advisers and still none the wiser!!! I rang them yesterday and vaguely told me that possibly the form is sent to my Doctors.I am at my wits end even my job seeker adviser can't really help or haven't to be frank. I am also on pip not that has any kind of help as I know they are 2 separate claims. Please can anyone advise me what to do.

    Contact Serco again asking for their formal complaint procedure, or contact your MP for assistance.

    Hi @Gaye_62, that's incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, there are still long backlogs for WCAs in some cases and there's not always a huge amount that can be done to speed things up.

    You were right to contact Serco as they'd likely be the most up-to-date with what's going on. As Kimi says above, it may be worth putting in a complaint or asking your MP whether they can look into things for you.

    Hope you get a resolution soon, it's horrible to have to wait so long.
