How can I get my motability back?

Had my pip assessment in August had the care given and Motability taken away.If anyone knows
how to get it back please get in touch.

    Hi dattribudhan and welcome

    When did you receive you decision letter ?
    Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?
    The first stage is to ask for a mandatory reconsideration, which normally has to be done within a month of the date of your decision letter unless you can show good reason for it being late.

    I'm sorry to hear this. As CR says, asking for a mandatory reconsideration within a month is the way to go. Scope have some advice on appealing a DWP decision which may give some more insight into the process. Let us know how you get on and if you require any further support/advice!
