Thanks for posting this @Bluebell21. It's a shame we lose an hour, but I might just go to bed an hour earlier!

I hope we actually get a decent summer here this year.
We had such a lot of rain in the past couple of years.
Last year we had about 3 weeks of warm sunshine on and off.
My health conditions are less severe in warmer weather.
Regardless of that I'm looking forward to the longer lasting lighter evenings when the clocks change.

I hope we do too @luvpink. The lighter evenings will be nice. When it gets dark early I feel like I can't do anything in the evening. Do you feel like that?

Yes I hate the dark evenings.
I draw my curtains to try and keep the room warm but I feel like a prisoner when its pitch black outside.
Its so boring and I feel more fatigued.
The evenings drag on and there's only so much on the tele I can concentrate on.

I've been waking up early ever since my Mum died (end of February), maybe this will set me straight 😆, though I generally dislike any clock change as my body protests while trying to get into the new rhythm. I resent feeling ill just because of the clock change.
