Oh yes and thats before you even get out of bed i was the same with council tax letter my dad recieved his last week and i was like omg they stopped my council tax or they doubled it and start shaking inside it came did put it up but at that point i was grateful just getting the letter

ah you sound just like me. I’m the same with this pip letter and worried I haven’t got mine when so many people I know have! It’ll come at some point. I hope.

Oh no problem no lots of us do i come on scope all the time ive done thousands of posts and someone always puts my mind at rest so dont ever feel you cant express yourself ps it will 100 percent come try have a peaceful night x

@nikih17 Thank you. When your full of anxiety at the best of times then the worst possible scenarios invade your thoughts. If someone isn't full of anxiety they'd never understand the fear. Hope your letter arrives soon. I'm sure it will. X

My annual reward letter came Wednesday

well postman has been and gone, still no letter. Anxiety is sky high! 💔

I still haven't received mine and it doesn't bother me because I know it will eventually arrive.

Honestly it will come i understand the anxiety i was like that thursday night thoughts my uc stopped it hadnt i be happy for you when it comes and it will i bet theres hundreds of people who havent recieved yet it well up to april the letters be going out try to distract your mind its very draining and impacting been there so many times x

It's the beginning of April next week, the letters might come by then hopefully.

You will come on and tell us you got your letter and it will all be forgotton oh no i thought i was getting uc on friday so all thursday night i was checking account no money i was having panic attacks vomiting imagining all sorts and its due monday 30th cant get used to change so i know what anxiety does luvpink hasnt got hers yet loads of people havent honestly alls good try have a peaceful weekend x
