If I have 1 property in my name and 1 property in my mums name and stay in the property in my mums name am I entitled to means tested benefits I own my home and I have started paying mortgage on property in my mums name two properties in total ??

The property you own but don't live in would be counted as capital, the value of which would take you over the limit for Universal Credit.
