    I keep getting horrendous migraines never suffered before was up all night being sick had bath at 3am Gosh if anyone suffers migraines all the time i feel for you

    I managed to get some sleep last night.

    Its sunny but cold here today.

    I'm going to have a quiet day in and I have friends coming over for a meal later.

    My day's just got better, according to the tracking, my custom made Gatchaman (Battle of the Planets) costume is coming between now and 11.30.

    Says

    We have received your pip review form

    We may contact you for more information or you may need a health assessment with a professional before we make a decision we will contact you again if we need too

    You will continue to get pip while we make a decision

    As I added 3 new health conditions does that mean Il def have to have yet another assessment

    I. Hated the last one. It was horrible

    good afternoon.. i could not get the strength to leave the house today. i got my anxiety over the roof and also in pain.. anway.. it is also kinda cold today. i hope i will feel better tomorrow to a workshop but if i feel like today i will rather be at home

    Hi

    It will be an assessment but mine was paper based and they never even rang me to clarify anything.

    I did request paper based on my application form and I was surprised to get it.

    Mine took 5 months to go through and I retained high rate in both elements but with an " ongoing 10 year award" that I really wasn't expecting as I usually got 3 year awards.

    Sorry to hear your not feeling well today.

    I get like that with my anxiety and pain.

    I have to pace myself, stay home and rest.

    Its so frustrating when I really want to get out and enjoy my life but I just don't have the strength or energy to be able to.

    I try to fucus on the positive aspects of my life and there are so many people much worse off than me.

    There's no way I can attend another assessment in person

    So can they decide based on my answers on the form?

    I was very detailed

    Used extra 4 sheets of paper

    Do they contact Dr's etc

    They decided by the answers I put on my form and I attached 7 extra sheets explaining how my disabilities affect me.

    They didn't contact my doctor.
