universal credit review 12 months after first one
12 month ago u had my very first uc review was really stressed out it went ok in the end i think it just said completed the first ine was from a ucr they sent me a message and a week later told me what I needed to get but this time its worded differently just says they will phone tommorow only got the message today saying booked me in for claim review it will last 15 mins and its from someone from jobcentre not the an agent from ucr will this be just the same and maybe its just worded different its very short notice the nxt day so confused does everyone get different messages im in lwrca but the first time it was a week before they phoned me just confused any advise please it says if u xant make the xall to put in my journal but im too scared to cancel it

It Was a Scottish man he said it was a review and they want 4 months bank statements by the 16th I explained it was very short notice and he said these reviews could be every 6 months soon I explained id not slept and was upset due to pregnancy loss but all he said was sorry he never mentioned if he could reschedule and I was scared it might stop my payment can I send my pdf bank statements to them on the 16th as I need to print them off and dont go out very much due to my mental health

If you have pdf statements then these can be uploaded directly onto the UC system as pdf files, no need to print out etc.

The Call is over but its just the initial one telling me what I need to provide i have till the 16th to download everything im just so upset and tired im going through a loss and I dont think these people care he was a man so felt awkward talking to him to try delay it or reschedule my new review but I guess I will just have to deal with it now just so anxious xxxx

Yes I can download all my statements on to my uc but I want them printing off for myself ti look at and the only access i have is max spielmans or a library just not feeling good at the moment so if my deadline is 16th could I download it all on the 16th I just feel rubbish my heads all over the place with my loss and other issues my mental health isnt good im on lwrca so dont know if these review people know this

Unfortunately as they are financial reviews being on LCWRA doesn't make any difference in terms of needing to comply.
For my review I uploaded pdf statements, and also downloaded the same files into a folder (easily found) on my laptop computer so I still had the statements to hand during the phone call, just not in paper form.
I don't know of that's an option for you? Obviously if you only have a smart phone then paper copies would be easier to read.
If your deadline is the 16th then I agree leaving it until nearer that date might be better for you at the moment. I wouldn't leave it right up until the last minute in case there is an unforeseen issue with something.

I dont have a laptop so paper statements are what I need i know basically what I spend my money on my savings fluctuate as ive purchased a bed and stuff since my last review but ive checked my statments and savings ive downloaded so far just need march statements but everything added up together over 4 months is only £2000 +so well below the 6k just need to try calm down just depression and baby loss is really affecting me ive made an appointment with my gp so hopefully he will help me

Everything will be ok with the review, it's just getting the information together that's the more difficult bit. Could you go to the library and use their computers?
