Good Afternoon,

After spending an hour on hold with ESA help line, I thought it best to email.

I have been on ESA for 20 weeks the correct calculation for ESA payments is 20x £73.85= £1477.00. to date I have received £1312.82 giving a shortfall of £164.18. Please can you make a payment soon to bring the account up to speed?

    New Style ESA does have 7 "waiting" days that you are not paid for.

    Hi @JBURGESS. As Kimi has said, we are not part of the DWP so are unable to help you with this. ESA don't have an email address that you can use I'm afraid. You could maybe try the helpline again and hopefully you'll get through more quickly.
