Hi, my name is Tapi!
I'm happy to have found this community. I volunteered at a scope charity on my path to getting into work. I did get into work and have been in my job for a year, but have struggles, being a person with an invisible disability that did not disclose that to my current workplace, but I'm hunting my next job where I will. I'm here to take part and hear about others.

Well done for getting a job and staying for a year even with struggles along the way.
I hope your next job will be easier for you.
Have a look around and join in when you are ready.
Take care.

Hello @Tapi and a very warm welcome to you 😊. I'm sorry you're having struggles in your job and wishing you all the very best in your search for a new role.
I don't know if you've heard of 'Access to Work' and/or how relevant it might be for your situation but just thought I'd mention it, just in case.
Anyway, you're very welcome here, take care and my warmest wishes to you.
