I'm happy to have found this community. I volunteered at a scope charity on my path to getting into work. I did get into work and have been in my job for a year, but have struggles, being a person with an invisible disability that did not disclose that to my current workplace, but I'm hunting my next job where I will. I'm here to take part and hear about others.

    I'm trying to get a job myself, but my age (50 today) and lack of up to date experience is holding me back, I also can't work evenings or weekends for various reasons, which are pretty much mandatory in retail, and that's also a bit of a barrier.
