Civil service EO grade interview
My understanding is that the recruitment process is based on Strenght, Behaviour and Experience, they also said the interview will be based on communicating and influencing behaviour. My question is prepare myself around this behaviour only? As there is 9 behaviour in total (understand different jobs different behaviours) just wondering if there will be asking only questions around that one behaviour, surely not?

Hi @millennium4ola and congratulations on securing a job interview. If they've given you a guide that's definitely worth keeping in mind. It's difficult to say as an outsider not really understanding the role or seeing the paperwork, but I would say cover all ground and don't just focus on one area. If you've got a job description, and any other backing information that you can link to examples where you can show the key points they've highlighted, even better.
Do you have a friend/family member with experience in interviews that you could talk through the documents you've got and maybe help you prepare?
