Hi, my name is Nik70!
I've not got a dentist as I was going to a dentist but I was given an appointment weekly and I suffer from Agoraphobia and It was too much to keep going. I've got to get some top dentures after loosing them to DV and then the dentures were thrown out by the violent ex partner who isn't alive anymore so that's not a problem but I've got a lot of issues with the few teeth left on my bottom line and the jaw has a lump on the both sides but it's now giving me a lot of pain and I don't have any pain relief as I don't want to be in a position where I'm relying on them but it's just that people presume it is due to being an addict and it's not been good for my Agoraphobia so I'm not going out anymore either . Please can you help with some advice and help with a dentist for the right treatment

Hello @Nik70 and a very warm welcome to you. I am very sorry for what you have gone through.
If you are 60, or over, you can apply for free dental care via the NHS Low Cost dental scheme, if you meet the criteria you get a HC2 certificate to cover dental costs. But of course, you still need then to be able to get to a dentist.
If you are younger than 60 and cannot get an NHS dentist then you can go to A & E due to both the pain you have and the lumps on your jaw. I personally would take at least paracetamol for the pain but that's just my personal choice, I would not put my worry about medication being addictive over getting some pain relief and it's unlikely you'd be prescribed anything strong enough that it's addictive, certainly initially anyway.
Do you have any family or a supportive friend who could go with you to A & E.
I do hope you can get assessed ASAP. My very warmest wishes to you too, take good care.

Hi @Nik70 and welcome to the community. You've been through so much, you must be incredibly strong 💛
Some great advice from @Santosha12. You can locate an NHS dentist near you - Find a dentist - NHS. Hopefully you can find one nearby who's really nice and helps put you at ease.
