    Good Afternoon all 😊

    Sadly it is not a good day to say the least. I didn’t manage to make it to sleep until after 2 this morning. Which meant I woke up at 9am this morning and had to reschedule my meeting with the CMHT. I am now recognising that my Mental Health had been poor over recent months. It is around this time of year where it falls off a cliff and I seal myself behind closed doors and blinds. I am spending today resting up in bed and attempting to be kind to myself, but it doesn’t work.

    Good morning everyone. Looks like being a nice day ahead and hopefully warm ish. I'm off to Bradford today to see this it's a Flower Carpet. I saw it on the News the other day. It's been made to mark the Textile Industry that once was. There are more than 330,000 Dahlias. Sadly it won't last forever as the flowers will wilt over time. I want to see it first hand.     Afternoon all, nothing good to say the least. Horrendous night sleep again, didn’t fall asleep until 4, but when I tried laying down bile attacked my throat again which meant I couldn’t breathe. Four doses of both inhalers was called for, just end up with 0 energy levels. Mental Health is as about as good as a chocolate mirror, just decided to give up, not worth fighting when you don’t have anything to fight for.

    Erm not been a good day, managed to watch the F1 and Supergirl tv show. But just having trouble keeping my eyes open, now back in bed at seven pm.

    Who watched the England match? I was gob smacked when we went 2-1 up. If kanes penalty had gone in it would have changed the game completely. All credit to the lads they played well. Check Republic Tues night. I've had a good day and I saw those flowers in Bradford before going to Morley and heckmondwike and back to Huddersfield and home. Time for some sleep. Good night.

    It's very grey and dark here.

    I went to watch Wales vs USA womens rugby yesterday and it was an edge of your seat match! So much fun😃 I'm going to watch the Red Roses vs New Zealand on iplayer after work because that was a very close match too🤩

    Does anybody else follow womens rugby?

    Are you up to anything today @Johnboy412000 and @Bluebell21? Or taking it easy?

    I have taken a decision today, that I will only speak when I have medical appointments, essential phone calls and when I have an appointment with the area coordinator.

    I am going to close down, shut my mind off, keep things to myself and just remain a private person.

    With this I will be taking a vow of being non-verbal unless a health professional asks me questions.

    I honestly only have another ten to fifteen years left in me, I am no longer fighting and have given up the ghost. I honestly have no care about myself any longer and just know this is my penance for the negative impact I have had on people’s lives over the last 43 years.

    My life and existence have no meaning and no quality. I have accepted my fate and am going to leave the site after this post, as it is for the best of those using the site.
