Depression, Push bike repars

I am male 63 years old. I am very depressed. I reply on my pushbike to ride to the the shops in Plymouth Devon every day. But the back trye has gone flat again. It is costing me af fortune. Any suggestions please? Neville

Great advice. advice. Luckily a bike shop in Plymouth called Motor World, fixed my back tyre and innertube for £11 Neville0
