Capita did my assessment and it was a joke, when I told her for the 2nd time that I want a physical assessment because my problems are about my mobility she snapped at me and said you can't just pick and choose which componant you want, for 12 years I have had the high rate mobility with DLA. I phoned Capita to make a complaint and they said I can only complain about the way she spoke to me not about anything else, that she told lies and didn't want to know about my mobility, can the assesor change her mind and what would I have to do for this, also can you only ask for a reconsideration once, thank you.

Hi @beves
Im sorry you have had such a tough time.
The appeal process is asking for a Mandatory Reconsideration and if that it turned down you can go to tribunal.
We have some videos about the process
