How to fill out pip form.

There is no mention of:   I am unable to cook ?
So where do I inform them ?

    Tell them in this section the difficulties you have

    Just got my PIP form back from the support worker who helped me fill it out today and on my pip form it was under Q3 then also put a part in additional information on Q15 most of what she wrote went in the section under Q15. hope you manage to fill it out ok, even with the help from a support worker it took us 7 hours to complete mine, just have to wait to see if I get PIP now. If I can help you in anyway I will try.
