Multiple conditions, rejected by PIP

Hi looking for the best place for benefit advice, my husband has diabetes type 2,vascular disease,double heart bypass,crohns disease, and we found out before Christmas he has bowel cancer,awaiting surgery in 2 weeks,we live in scotland ,have applied for pip before only to be turned down advice please on what to do next

PIP points awarded for how the conditions affect you not for the conditions themselves.

As well as the advice above Disabled Rights UK site has a good guide to all stages of PIP including a draft diary you can adapt.
