hi , i could do with advice please my daughter was on low rate care dla for 5 months until she turned 16 then she had to apply for pip she suffers incontince, urine retention , underactive detrouser chronic constipation, has to self cathertise every 2-3 hours ,she has to also use peristeen **** irrigation system daily which i have to help with as she has anxiety & panic attacks and on medication for this, she only got 4 points and turned down for pip she is about to sit gcses in leading months and due to being of school for 10months and school failed to educate her when all this started she needs put all her time in to school not fighting for pip , when we received the atos report despite 3 letters i sent to back up what she has wrong the hp did not put in report that she is incontinent not once all she said she uses aid for toilet need and no evidence to say she cant do prescribed bowel washout her words. not put any think about leakages she has and accidents that occur the extra washing it causes and electric , and the 22 times i had to take her to hospital in last year as prone to infections was admitted on several of them occasions the fact we travel over 2 hours to get to the london hospital to see her specialist every 6 months surely this is not acceptable leaving out her medical diagnosis. be grateful for any advice as we are financially struggling due to dla stopped
