Partner is on JSA with impairments, how do they expect him to work?

Hi Eveyone, My partner too is now on jsa he has anxiey/depression , constat bakache chronic fatigue syndrome. Diabetes. Awaiting results from a internal cameras and he s on jsa...how do they expect him to work
