@DannyMoore PIP is the governments idea of a replacement for DLA which costs them less. The fact that it is so flawed that it has already eaten up any savings that could be made in the first decade or so is a mistake they will never own up to. They simply shift the costs into something that doesn't directly impact the costs like the legal system.
They had to name it something so gave it a name that is as dumb as the system itself.
