I suffer from bad depression. I also have osteoarthritis in my knees hips wrists .I am diabetic type 2 .I struggle every day getting out of bed .I struggle to sleep all night .have to record tv .I can't read for long

Hi i have curvature of the spine diagnosed around 30 years ago never really been a problem but the last few months i am really struggling to go about my daily living can i get any help0
