Going through the Mandatory Appeal process for ESA support group. I am getting panicky as overdraft maxed out. I have been told that might be able to get the assessment rate after I have applied for a tribunal and they have received confirmation. Is this correct?

Hi @CatherineM
Welcome to the community, they could change the decision at the Mandatory Reconsideration stage, or you may have to go further to appeal.
How long ago did you put in for the MR?0 -

Sam Scope, they received it on 19/1, I phoned 2 weeks later and they confirmed receipt and said it should be dealt with by the end of that day and if I had heard nothing to call at the end of the following week. I received a call after numerous from me on 9/2 saying nothing had been actioned but that it would be dealt with within 10 days.0
