Can anyone recommend a payroll please.
I am using a payroll and their service is appalling. They don't answer emails, they don't pick up the phone, and they have miscalculated the invoices twice in 12 months! I am desperate to change.

Is this for direct payments or similar? I use The Rowan Organisation through my local authority. I'm afraid I don't know what the situation is with them outside of my LA, but it might be worth getting in touch with them?0
