Commercial mortgage to start a pub!

Hi,

I'm planning to start a pub as a tenant and I would like to know whether I'm eligible for a commercial mortgage. I came to read the following benefits of a commercial mortgage.

A commercial mortgage could:

1. Help buy a more profitable business
2. Be easy to arrange
3. Be very affordable.

But, it is said to have a higher rate than any other mortgages. I'm not sure about the rates and schemes available. Want to know more about the commercial mortgage criteria in Canada. The response from experienced people could help me make the best decision. There is no issue with my credit report and score. So, hope I would get a mortgage with less effort. Thanks in advance!
