Are PIP Tribunals now following the new rules regarding the planning and following journeys descriptors?
Would it appropriate to quote these in an appeal submission?

Hi @keira
Given that it was a High Court ruling, that determined that the amendments made to the PIP regs were discriminatory, then I'd say yes, put it in, as that legislation was not lawful.
Good luck!
