boot dimensions wanted for motability car

Hi....I'm having no luck even from the manufacturer in trying to find the WIDTH of the boot of a Citroen Berlingo.  Motability gives the depth and the capacity in litres [but what does that mean?] Surely someone out there could help me please because I want to fit my scooter in sideways.  Thanks for looking.

    Hi      that looks exactly what I'm looking for thank you very much.  How did you find it when Citroen was no help at all ?

    I suggest, for accurate information GO or contact the Citroen Motability salesman at  your local  Citroen Berlingo dealership ,  they might have a model in  stock and do a practical demonstration while you watch.....!!! 

    Have fun,,,and maybe do the deal via your local     Citroen Berlingo. dealer...

    go to you local available car you can judge it from there, there cars are open and you can try it
