            Hi joyclyn
 please excuse my confusion
Have you received a hearing Date ?
Have you received the DWP bundle of evidence used in your claim ?
Any extra relevant evidence should be with the tribunal 7 days before the hearing

            ok joyclyn
until you receive the bundle of evidence from the DWP all you can do is start to prepare your own submission
have a look at the B&W self test

This will give you an idea where you should score points

Thanks This bundle I am to receive from DWP evidence do I need it for tribunal is it different from assessment pip they used to stop my benefit again help should I ring ask for the bundles0
-
Once your appeal is accepted the DWP have 28 days to prepare their case and send you the bundle of all the evidence they have used. You do not need to ask for it.
When you get the bundle you should check it to make sure all your evidence is included.
This is what you should then use to prepare your submission with the help of your support worker

You should have received a letter from the tribunal accepting your appeal following you submitting an SSCS1
If you submitted your appeal in december you should have received the bundle by now so you need to get in touch with the clerk to chase it up
